The service
The AI Transparency Readiness Scan is a free online tool provided by OUTMATIC Prosta Spółka Akcyjna, Warsaw, Poland (VAT EU PL5272979466, REGON 520592475, KRS 0000936084). It produces a preliminary technical readiness assessment for the transparency obligations of the EU AI Act, together with a report delivered by email. Using the tool is free of charge and creates no obligation on either side.
Nature of the results
Results are generated by deterministic rules from the answers you provide and reflect only the information given. The scan is a preliminary technical readiness assessment built by engineers. It does not provide legal advice, does not determine compliance or non-compliance with any regulation, and must not be relied upon as a substitute for qualified legal review. Anything it flags requires internal and/or legal review before you act on it.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide truthful information, to use the tool only for lawful purposes, and not to disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer it. We may rate-limit, suspend, or block access that we reasonably consider abusive.
Data and privacy
We store your answers and result to generate the report and the results page, and we use the email address you provide to send the report. Data is retained for a limited period and deleted on request. Marketing consent is optional and never required to receive your result. For details, see our privacy policy.
Intellectual property
The tool, its content, and the generated reports remain the property of Outmatic. You may use and share your report freely within your organisation, including with your legal and compliance advisors.
No warranty and liability
The tool is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outmatic accepts no liability for decisions taken or not taken on the basis of the results. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes and availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the tool at any time, and we may update these terms. Changes take effect when published on this page.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Polish law, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Warsaw. Questions about these terms: info@outmatic.pl.
